Return policy
Because of the handmade nature of my products, along with the high cost of shipping ceramics, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, If there is an issue with an item you ordered, please reach out and let me know. If there’s a defect that makes the piece unusable I will accept a return and this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Sometimes, despite my best efforts, shipping accidents happen. In the case that something arrives broken or damaged, please take pictures of the damage and send them to me so I can refund or replace the order.
For custom orders, I will always do my best to ensure customer satisfaction before the final piece is delivered. I will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges for custom work but will always offer ample opportunities to cancel the order before its been fulfilled.
Please note that most imperfections are not considered defects. The very nature of handmade means that there will be small details that are not quite perfect. My work will never resemble mass-produced ceramics and that is entirely intentional.
Shipping policy
I offer free shipping on most of my items within the US. At this time, I cannot ship outside of the US.
I will do my best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 week. However, I am a 1 person operation so if I’m on vacation or otherwise unavailable, it may take a bit longer. If you need an order to arrive by a certain time, please reach out and let me know. I’ll do my best to get it there on time, or I’ll let you know if it won’t be possible.
You’ll receive email notifications with USPS tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.
Merch (t-shirts, hoodies) are fulfilled by a third party and they have their own shipping rates that are charged at checkout.
